Prep Cook

We are seeking a Prep Cook to join our dedicated kitchen staff for our Peli Peli Commissary location (2445 North Fwy. Houston, TX 77009). You will assist in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of meals.

Responsibilities;

• Capable of Heavy Lifting
• Basic Knife Skills
• Long Hours Standing
• Prepare all Served Food
• Plan Food Production to Coordinate with Meal Servings Hours
• Memorize, Record, and Comprehend Menu Items
• Operate Standard Kitchen Equipment, Safely and Efficiently
• Prepare Ingredients to Use in Cooking (Chopping, Peeling Vegetables, Cutting Meat, etc.)

Requirements;

• Must be able to Communicate Effectively in English
• Food Handlers Certification Required
