We are seeking motivated, energetic and dynamic JUICE BARISTAS to join our team.RESPONSIBILITIES:Craft smoothies, acai bowls and coffee beverages, plus other necessary food preparation, following instructions for recipes and sanitation guidelines.Manage and adapt to changing customer volume levels with a sense of urgency.Drive company sales growth through the use of creative selling, teamwork and customer service.Develop and share knowledge of the features and benefits of each of our products, demonstrating your expertise of all ingredients and recipes.Actively share customer feedback and day-to-day observations with Store Manager regarding product requests, problems and suggestions.Prepare the store for the day, maintain freshness of all products and restock inventory as needed, and uphold store appearance behind the counter and in adjacent seating area.Utilize the Point of Sale program to operate the store at maximum efficiency.Other job-related activities as assigned.QUALIFICATIONS:Passion for health and wellness.Ability to deliver exceptional customer service.Ability to quickly learn new procedures, processes and product knowledge.Demonstrate ability to multi-task, and juggle multiple customer orders at a time.Excellent team player with ability to work independently.Basic math skills.Previous retail, food service, POS and cash-handling experience preferred.SHIFTS:Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and some holidaysHours will vary Monday-Sunday, mornings & evenings
