Exciting new position at MOMENTUM CHEVROLET! We are looking for a competitive, driven, and self-motivated call center professional. We need someone who thrives in a team-centric working environment and who does not need to be micro-managed. They must have EXCELLENT verbal and written communication skills, be excellent with time management, and multi-tasking. This person will be required to make at least 50 calls per day. Job Responsibilities: Answer all incoming calls with a pre-set script and schedule sales appointments Log all customer info and comments into e-Leads Confirm scheduled appointments and call no show appointments from previous day Reschedule no show appointments from previous days Follow up with internet and sales department to determine if appointment came in and what the outcome was. Schedule future contact as needed. Contact current customers on current incentives.
