Position: Payline Data is seeking an energetic, honest and ethical candidate to join our client support team. Inbound/outbound support calls with clients Manage communications with current clients Assist clients with equipment/technical issues Address account/industry specific client processing issues Assist the sales team with pends, support escalations, merchant training, and ongoing support Manage internal ticket system Maintain relationships with vendors, banks and partners Provide additional customer service team support as needed Required Skills: The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of customer support experience and be a highly motivated self-starter with a customer first attitude. Call center experience Strong customer service skills and work ethic Superior oral and written communication skills, including excellent phone etiquette Able to perform multiple tasks simultaneously Flexible and adaptable team player with excellent problem-solving abilities Computers skills, including Microsoft office (Word, Excel) Effective interpersonal skills with both internal colleagues and external individuals and companies Proficient typing skills (60+ wpm) Desired Skills/Qualifications: Four-year college degree preferred.
