From restoration to remodeling to roofing, we help home and business owners restore and rebuild their property. We are looking for a dedicated, detailed, and customer-focused individual to join our team. Responsibilities: * First responder for water, fire, smoke, storm, mold, and board up emergencies * Water extraction, developing drying plans, providing project documentation * Fire/smoke deodorization, packouts, board ups, and securing structures * Mold remediation including demolition and clean up * Report to the Project Manager * Communicate with customers * Maintain equipment, vehicles, and warehouse * Punch list carpentry tasks * Working in tight spaces such as crawl spaces and attics Qualifications: * Preferred: Carpentry experience; IICRC certification (If not certified, must be willing and able to pass a course.) * Responsive to Customer Needs * Basic computer skills * Work well on a team or independently * Good Communicator * Problem Solver * Able to climb a ladder & lift 75 lbs * Background Check, Drug & Alcohol Free, Clean Driving Record Hours: Full-time (Monday-Friday 8am-5pm); On-call after hours on a rotating basis Salary: Hourly (based on experience); Bonuses for after-hour emergencies
