• No breakfast no late nights / No alcohol served. Close between 9pm-10pm - lunch & dinner only.

• GM s earning potential exceeds $100,000 per year in the average unit Responsibilities:Work under the direction of the General Manager.Be fully involved in FOH and BOH operations from helping guests to prepping food.Uphold company policies and procedures.Employee SchedulingMaintenance of restaurantTrain and coach employees.Inventory, ordering, receivingGeneral financial reporting / working with budgets, etc. Minimum Qualifications you must possess prior to applying: Minimum 2 million annual sales volume experience Currently employed as a salaried assistant manager or no longer than 4 months out of the industry WITH GOOD REASONMinimum 2 years of current experience as an Assistant Manager, preferably in full-service No more than 2 jobs in 5 years OR 3 jobs in 10 years Hands-on management styleComfortable working both FOH and BOHGuest-focusedGreat employment tenure Comfortable working in high-volume operations High School Diploma If you meet the qualifications please apply!!
