SUMMARY Pepe Auto Group has an opening for a process-driven, Assistant Service Manager. Our dealership offers an indoors drop-off area so you are never out in the elements. We provide the service team with the latest technology available. Support is offered at many levels withinour organization including a Business Development Center that s constantly looking for more ways to bring customers into the service drive, in-house marketing department that s ready to turn your marketing ideas into a reality. WHAT WE OFFER: * Medical, dental, vision * Wellness program * 401K * Paid Time Off * Loyal customer database going back 45+ years * Training product, process and technology * Career growth RESPONSIBILITIES: * Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service * Take ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer * Assist in managing service advisors, valets, car washers, and drivers * Ensure customer has a positive dealership experience * Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the customer does not get mishandled * Spend quality time building relationships with customers, vendors and OEM representatives REQUIREMENTS: * Automotive experience in a high volume, fast-paced, luxury store is required * Valid driver s license and clean driving record * Technical automotive knowledge * CDK experience preferred, not required, and must be adaptable to other technology * Excellent customer-service and communication skills * Demonstrated ability to manage others * Organized and friendly personality As our ideal candidates are technologically adept, we only accept online applications.
