We are seeking a talented Warranty Administrator to enhance our team. Our service lane is the hear of our business. We provide a high volume shop with a loyal customer base. The Automotive Warranty Administrator performs a wide range of administrative and office support duties associated with vehicle warranties. Candidates with experience in dealership service advisor or manager roles, title clerk positions or senior management positions are welcome to apply. BMW service experience is required. WE OFFER: * Medical, Dental and Vision Plans * Paid Holidays & PTO * Short and Long Term Disability * Paid Life Insurance * 401(k) Retirement Plan * Employee Stock Purchase Plan * Lithia Learning Center * Vehicle Purchase Discounts * Wellness Programs RESPONSIBILITIES: * Ensure the dealership is paid for all warranty work in an accurate and timely fashion by preparing, flagging, submitting, and following up on each claim * Coordinates with vendors and manufacturers to ensure prompt receipt of replacement parts * Communicates with customers and service technicians to define the scope of a warranty claim resolution and to set expectations * Prepares, reviews, and processes warranty claims * Follows up with each claim to ensure service delivery to the customer and compensation for the dealership * Schedule warranty appointments, and educates customers to set expectations. * Keep abreast of all factory recalls, announcements, and procedures. REQUIREMENTS: * At least two years of experience in a similar position, and knowledge of automotive parts and service. * BMW service experience required. * Can work in a fast-paced and challenging environment handling multiple projects * Must have excellent administrative, organizational, and communication skills * Must have strong math skills * Must be willing to submit a background check prior to employment
