Diesel Truck Mechanics are urgently needed to join an established and growing company in the south end of Chicago on a 4 days x 10 hour shift schedule. We are looking for Diesel Technicians who have experience diagnosing engine faults, performing clutch repairs or replacements, and can complete bumper to bumper repairs. Mechanics must be able to complete brake inspections, Preventative Maintenance, diagnose and repair diesel exhaust filtration systems, repair electrical shorts and faults, and perform minor engine work. Engine diagnostics and After Treatment repair/servicing are major assets and most preferred. Minimum of 2 years' experience working in a Truck Maintenance setting is required. Military Mechanics are welcome to apply! Must have a valid driver's license. Pre-employment checks will be completed.
Compensation: $18.00 - $25.00/hour. Starting wage will depend on previous experience. Full comprehensive benefits are available after the 90 day probationary period; medical, dental, life, vision, vacation, 401K, and PPE reimbursement. OEM training is offered.
Shift: Afternoons, 11:30am - 10:00pm; (Wednesday - Saturday OR Sunday - Wednesday). These shifts are 4x10s!
