Part Time Customer Service Professional

Various Part-Time shifts available between our operating hours Monday - Friday 2:00PM - 9:00PM, shift includes every other Saturday 8:00AM - 4:30PM. Many schedules available.

PREMIER Bankcard is looking for Customer Service Professionals. Qualified applicants should possess good verbal and listening skills. Typical responsibilities: inbound calls taking payment information, answering billing inquiries and other common questions. No collections or sales required. Competitive hourly pay with additional pay for working premium hours. Starting wage is determined based on prior work experiences.

Customer Service Professionals are eligible for up to two performance based promotions within the first year, each having the opportunity to receive an hourly wage increase. Employees are also eligible for monthly incentive programs and spot awards based on performance. Limited Work at Home positions available for current employees as well as limited bilingual positions. Bilingual Customer Service Professionals earn 10% more per hour.*This position is eligible for up to 25% shift differential on premium hours.
