Full Time Customer Service Professional - Full-time / Part-time

Full-time Core Hours: Monday - Friday 12:30PM - 9:00PM; every other Saturday 8:00AM - 4:30PM This position is also eligible for a 10% premium for bilingual candidates (fluent in both Spanish and English) with effective verbal and written skills in each language.

PREMIER Bankcard is looking for Customer Service Professionals. Qualified applicants should possess good verbal and listening skills. Typical responsibilities: inbound calls taking payment information, answering billing inquiries and other common questions. No collections or sales required. Competitive hourly pay with additional pay for working premium hours. Starting wage is determined based on prior work experiences.
