Job Summary Performs general administrative duties of managing and distributing information from within and outside of the office. To include but not limited to: answering the phone, maintaining the calendar, scanning and filing of sensitive material, and assisting with day-to-day office operations. General Accountabilities* * Performs varied secretarial and administrative duties including, but not limited to, answering the phones, scanning and filing sensitive documents, scheduling, assisting with office duties, and customer service. * Assist with automated payroll as needed. ADP and GUSTO experience preferred. * Ensures confidentiality and controls access to sensitive information, such as business, tax and financial. * Responds to inquiries and requests for information requiring knowledge of departmental and company policies and procedures. * Serves as an internal resource to administrators or staff on departmental and company procedures. * Performs administrative duties associated with scheduling and coordinating meetings and planning events. *The company reserves the right to add or change duties at any time Job Qualifications * Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business or another related field * Experience: 1-2 years of related experience Skills * Excellent verbal and written communication * Proficiency in MacOS, Google Suite, Microsoft and able to adapt to new software quickly
