Cashier Customer Service Representative (Orlando) - Full-time / Part-time

Responsibilities: * Meet and greet customers in the dealership * Answer and route incoming calls and take messages * Provide basic information to customers who have general inquiries * Prepare sales and service gas tickets for the accounting department * Calculate the customer s bill using the dealership s computer system * Handle customer complaints with integrity and poise Requirements: * Superior customer service skills * Excelling communication skills and high attention to detail * Ability to multi-task * High school diploma or equivalent * Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel * Dealership and/or recent retail receptionist experience * Ability to work some evenings and weekends * Professional personal appearance * Experience with Reynolds and Reynolds preferred Benefits: * Great work environment * Opportunity for career growth * Paid Vacation * Dental, Medical and Life Insurance * 401k
