HVAC Service Technician - Full-time / Part-time

As a Residential HVAC Service/Sales Technician, you will be responsible for inspecting and diagnosing causes and repairing customer HVAC systems. You will perform scheduled maintenance, warranty work, system improvements or modifications to current customers. Our business model is HVAC service/repair with existing residential systems. You will follow safety procedures and complete routine paperwork as required, including competitive upfront pricing to quickly resolve their issue(s). Basic Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent and minimum of 4 years residential heating and cooling service/repair experience OR equivalent combination of HVAC education and service/repair experience. Effective problem-solving, time management and organization skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills Must provide basic industry tools for service techniciansPossess or ability to obtain EPA Universal CertificationValid driver's license and acceptable motor vehicle record (5 years)Willingness to travel by company vehicle to local worksites (home every night)Willingness to work overtime or longer hours, including on-call rotationMust pass drug and criminal background post offer screensUp to $3000 sign-on bonus OR relocation assistance available.
