Concierge/Call Center Manager Responsibilities As a concierge/call center manager at this franchised Massage Envy location,* your mission is to initiate the sales process at the franchised location in Anderson, SC. Essential responsibilities include: * This is a sales position. * Forty minutes each hour will be spent making outbound sales calls. * As of now, will not take inbound sales calls, but this is subject to change. * Twenty minutes each hour will be spent at the front desk assisting with closing a membership sale. * In depth discovery. * Discovery entry into operating system. * Charting data. * Matching clients with the provider that best fits their needs. * Contacting clients through their desired form of communication. * Pulling daily reports. Qualifications Education, Skills and Training: * College education preferred * Must have management, marketing and sales experience in membership sales and service industry. * Ability to effectively communicate expectations to staff and create winning a team. * Able to communicate up-line information to Franchise Owners and Regional Developers. * Proficiency in generating membership and retail sales goals and interpreting trends in sales reports. * Excellent trainer and motivator.
