Take inbound calls for the dealership, set appoints for service and sales, answer general questions and redirect as necessary. Also, make outbound calls verifying service and sales appointment, along with sales and service follow up calls. BENEFITS: * $10 per hour (2 full time positions and 2 part time positions available) * Paid Training & Onboarding Program * Medical * Dental * 401 K Match * Paid Vacation * Closed on Major Holidays * Dedicated Leadership Team * Opportunity to Grow * Honda New Car Purchase Program Job Duties include the following, other duties may be assigned: * Take inbound phone calls and redirect as necessary for sales, service, parts, office and finance departments. * Sales calls: set appointments and redirect as necessary * Service calls: Set appointments, answer general questions, inform of car status, inform on how to pay service bill and redirect as necessary. * Parts calls; redirect as necessary. * Office calls: answer paperwork status calls and redirect as necessary. * Finance calls: redirect as necessary. * Outbound service calls to confirm appointments, notify when car is complete and send payment link for online payment. * Outbound calls for special order parts notifying customers that parts are in. * Outbound calls for unsold service work. * Outbound calls for customers not in service for 6 months. * Outbound calls to sold customers to schedule first service visit. * Outbound calls for sales department to confirm sales appointments. * Outbound calls to sold customers notifying them that titling paperwork has been sent. * Outbound calls to current customers with equity in trade in vehicle. * Outbound calls to active customers to conduct sales survey. * Outbound calls to service customers to conduct service visit survey. * Answer internet leads and set appointments REQUIREMENTS: * Good verbal and written communication skills * Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook * Time management, prioritization skills, and the ability to multi-task are required * Self-motivated and goal oriented * Ability to hit call quotas * Must be willing to submit to a drug screen prior to employment
