Appointment Setter

This position is part-time including nights and weekends (approximately 15-20 hours per week). Hourly rate with commission structure for setting leads. Responsibilities: * Interact with large Retail Store customers regarding heating and air conditioning products and services. Promote the HVAC program and answer basic questions the customer may have on those products and services. * Engage in friendly and open dialogue with potential customers by being an active listener and asking open-ended questions in order to generate appointments. * Book in-home appointments for our Comfort Consultants If you are articulate, people-oriented and want to help people with their HVAC concerns, then this is the job for you! Prior HVAC knowledge is NOT necessary. Requirements: * Must have a high school diploma or GED equivalent * Friendly and upbeat personality * Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) * Excellent customer service skills * Ability to perform duties of position with minimal supervision * Travel to Retail Stores and work independently * Must be able to stand for 3 to 5 hours at a time * Must have reliable transportation Job Type: Part-timeHourly $12-$14 depending on experience. Bonuses for setting leads!
