Systems/Network Engineer - Full-time / Part-time

Numa Networks, LLC, is a rapidly growing IT Consulting company that currently has one opening for experienced Systems/Network Engineer in Orange, CA. We are seeking a well-rounded, highly motivated, self-starting professional with outstanding customer service skills. The Network Engineer role requires advanced troubleshooting capabilities and experience in a fast-paced engaging environment. The candidate must be able to communicate effectively in the English language, be organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to efficiently solve technical issues ranging from desktops, to switches, firewalls, Windows servers, virtualization platforms and networks. 1 or more industry standard certifications or demonstrated ability in any one of the following required: MCSA, MCSE, MCSA Server 2012/2016, CCNA, CCNP, CCIE Qualifications: 6+ years experience (preferably in a MSP or consulting environment) Must be well versed with the advanced engineering and administration of multi-protocol routers, multilayer switches, network security devices and network management systems Excellent customer service communication skills (both verbal and written) Networking equipment setup, installation, and support knowledge including switches, firewalls, routers, UPS and access points across multiple companies in different environments Must be familiar with managed services concepts within an outsourcing environment Experience implementing and maintaining backup solutions/disaster recovery Windows Server 2008-2016 Experience with virtualization Experience with DNS, AD and GP Remote monitoring and automation platforms Have a passion for technology and desire for continued growth Ability to use good judgment to effectively triage & prioritize work Multi-tasking capabilities A willingness to share knowledge and collaborate with the team The right candidate must be able to lift up to 70 pounds and have reliable transportation, valid Driver s License & auto insurance.
