Nourse Chillicothe Automall is currently seeking a Vehicle Prep Technician to support our service drives. Our lot techs are responsible for cleaning and safely moving vehicles to and from the appropriate lot, and possibly our other locations in the area. Lot technicians will enter and exit multiple vehicles on a daily basis, both new and used, which necessitates a strong attention to detail. A well-maintained appearance, workstation cleanliness and strong work ethic are required, because the lot technicians will be visible to customers during their shift. This position is full-time, and applicants MUST HAVE a clean driving record and be insurable by our corporate insurance underwriter. Requirements: * Must be insurable and possess a valid Driver s License * Ability to drive vehicles with standard and automatic transmissions. * Strong attention to detail * Strong communication skills in order to interact effectively with dealership personnel and follow directions precisely. * Operate all vehicles in a safe manner and in compliance with all applicable company policies and procedures, traffic laws and regulations. * Observe rules of the road and demonstrate courtesy and defensive driving techniques. * Work effectively in a team atmosphere * Vision abilities required.
