Froster - Full-time / Part-time

Froster Position Summary: Nothing Bundt Cakes provides our guests with the highest quality cakes, superior service, and creative solutions in a warm, welcoming environment. We are seeking a candidate that has the ability to make genuine connections, likes to work in a team environment, andhas a strong foundation of personal responsibility. The froster is responsible for making the NbC signature frosting and will frost all cakes according to NbC's standards and time guidelines. The froster will be responsible for keeping the display case fully stocked, sample trays prepared, and maintaining appropriate levels of additional cakes. The froster will complete waiting orders with speed and efficiency. It will be the froster's responsibility to keep the frosting station clean, sanitized and running efficiently. Requirements: * Ability to follow instructions * Ability to work at a fast pace * Possess strong physical stamina * Has good organizational and communication skills * Possess a strong sense of teamwork * Has the ability to work well under pressure * Ability to manage multiple situations with a sense of control * Has a strong sense of pride in one's work * Understands the importance of keeping a clean work environment * Has integrity * Takes initiative * Fits the Nothing Bundt Cakes Culture * Abide by all NbC policies and procedures * Abide by NbC s uniform policy * Uphold NbC's image and brand Responsibilities may include but are not limited to: * Frost all cakes for same day and next day orders with speed and efficiency * Make frosting as needed to maintain minimum levels * Fill cake case daily with product * Create a daily frosting plan * Maintain appropriate levels in of frosted case cakes, bundtinis and sample trays * Fold boxes and prep containers as needed * Keep frosting area clean and sanitized including tables, microwave and tool bins * Track frosting levels and ingredient supply * Assists in training new employees * Assist other departments when necessary Benefits * Employee discount * Company provided uniform shirt * Employee friendly hours: some shifts begin at 8:00 a.m., bakery closes at 7:00 p.m. weekdays, 6:00 p.m. on Saturdays and closed on Sundays * Convenient location in the heart of Strongsville
