Dishwasher - Full-time / Part-time

Dishwasher/Utility/Kitchen Assistant: Nothing Bundt Cakes provides our guests with the highest quality cakes, superior service, and creative solutions in a warm, welcoming environment. We are seeking a candidate that has the ability to make genuine connections, likes to work in a team environment, and has a strong foundation of personal responsibility. This team member will be responsible for washing dishes from the baking and frosting department, assisting the baker as needed and cleaning the bakery. Cleaning will include floors, walls, bathrooms, baking racks, etc. This team member will also assist with folding boxes, labeling containers, and assisting other departments as needed. Requirements: * Ability to follow instructions * Possess strong physical stamina * Finds comfort doing repetitious work * Has a strong sense of pride in one's work * Possess a strong sense of teamwork * Understands the importance of maintaining a clean work environment * Has integrity * Takes initiative * Fits the Nothing Bundt Cakes Culture * Ability to manage multiple situations with a sense of control * Able to lift 50 pounds * Abide by all NbC policies and procedures * Abide by NbC s uniform policy * Uphold NbC's image and brand Responsibilities may include but are not limited to: * Wash all dishes from frosting and baking departments * Clean bathroom * Keep walls, floors, shelves and surfaces clean per NbC and owner s standards * Clean refrigerator and cooler units * Fold boxes and label containers * Empty trash and take to dumpster * Clean floor drains * Assist other departments when necessary * Assist baker and froster as needed * Clean windows and outside of bakery * Assists in training new employees Benefits * Employee discount * Company provided uniform shirt * Employee friendly hours: bakery opens at 9:00 a.m. and closes at 7:00 p.m. weekdays, 6:00 p.m. on Saturdays and closed on Sundays * Convenient location in the heart of Strongsville
