Guest Services Representative- Palatine - Full-time / Part-time

Full/Part time positions, and Benefits available Responsibilities: * Handle all incoming calls into the centralized company phone number * Maintain client file database * Create new bookings with strong keyboarding skills * Confirm guests with upcoming appointments * Document all booking modifications * Complete project work, as assigned, by reservation center management * Maintain agent and team standards. Accountable for personal goal numbers. * Under general supervision, understand and comply with Reservation Center policies & procedures. * Use your knowledge to promote our innovative products and services * Drive results and achieve goals in gift sales, promotional campaigns, events and so much more! Requirements: * Qualified candidates will have 2 years of recent customer service experience and a consistent job history * Must be able to successfully work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a professional, courteous, and helpful attitude * Excellent oral communication skills and telephone etiquette * Ability to identify high level customer issues to be escalated to a Team Lead * Demonstrated hand-eye coordination for P.C. work, and the ability to speak and listen via the telephone * Computer skills and demonstrated sound-decision making skills a must! * You enjoy being of service to others before yourself * Retail or guest service experience in the service industry * Show us your fabulous smile while multi-tasking in a fast paced environment * Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays * Comfortable keyboarding in a windows based environment To have a successful application process, we recommend applying online using Chrome or Firefox browser.
