Glazier - Glass / Mirror Installer - Full-time / Part-time

We are seeking an energetic individual as a Glazier for Glass, Shower Enclosures and Mirrors. To measure and install custom made products (including glass, mirror and shower/bath enclosures) at customer location, to order specifications. Job Responsibilities and Qualifications: Installs glass, mirrors and shower enclosures at customer location, to order specifications and to customer satisfaction. Make adjustments as required to correct for minor product deviations. Assess repair requests, remove product if required, make minor repairs at customer location, or take accurate measurements for replacement product. Keeps office informed of status of all work assignments throughout the day to ensure that commitments are maintained and productivity is maximized. Minimum 2 years experience in glass, mirror or related industries. This position requires a good ability to use basic tools, and a basic math skill for accurate measurements. Experience installing glass and/or mirror products, or working as an Installation Assistant is preferred. A professional image and positive work attitude, as well as the ability to work effectively as part of a team to achieve results are important attributes, as is a strong customer service, can-do attitude. Basic computer skills are required as well as a willingness to learn and effectively utilize the proprietary business system. Must have a satisfactory driving record. Physical Demands: This position is generally in the field at customer locations. It is necessary to be physically agile and willing to climb on ladders and sometimes maneuver into difficult situations in order to accurately measure for product applications. Lifting required may be up to 75 pounds.
