Experienced Line Cook

The Magnolia House in Pasadena is looking for an experience line cook to round out its team. We are looking for well rounded, reliable individuals who love food and are looking to work with a fun, hard working team. This is position is five nights, 30-40 hours a week.

Magnolia House in an exciting culinary destination is Pasadena. We specialize in market driven small plates and delicious craft cocktails. With a well established bar program, Magnolia House is looking to up its culinary game and take it to the next level. We are a close knit team looking to grow and learn together. We want people who are as excited to cook food as we are!
Our sister restaurants are Gus's BBQ in South Pasadena and Tops Burgers, all part of Bicos Hospitality. The Bicos group is a small but growing culinary company that emphasizes an all around quality guest AND employee experience. We want everyone to be happy eating and working with us!

The right candidate will have -

- 3-4 years experience

- Confidence with meat temperatures
- Strong knife skills
- A sharp knife
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work with a close knit team in a small kitchen
- Strong record of reliability and punctuality
