A boutique investment firm located in the Chicago Loop seeks an Executive Assistant/Office Manager to join their team! The ideal candidate for this position will be extremely professional and is exceptionally attentive to detail.
Responsibilities of the Executive Assistant/Office Manager:
- Oversee complex calendar of the CEO and other key staff members
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, conferences, and office-wide events
- Process expense reports
- Type, copy, scan, and file high-priority documents
- Answer and direct phone calls on behalf of the CEO
- Greet any visitors in a professional and courteous way
- Communicate with vendors and consultants
- Prepare marketing presentations and other client materials
- Various ad hoc administrative duties as necessary
Requirements of the Executive Assistant/Office Manager:
- Bachelor s degree required
- 5 years of experience supporting executives
- Advanced proficiency in all MS Office Suites
- Fantastic verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work well both independently and in a team
- Must be able to meet strict deadlines and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
