A leading management consulting group is looking for an Executive Assistant to add to their team! The Executive Assistant will support several Partners. Responsibilities of the Executive Assistant will include coordinating extensive domestic and international travel arrangements, answering phones, tracking and submitting expenses, scheduling meetings, and various administrative tasks as necessary. The Executive Assistant must be very poised, professional, and detail-oriented.


Responsibilities of the Executive Assistant

  • Manage day to day scheduling activities and calendar for Partners
  • Coordinate travel arrangements both domestic and international
  • Field incoming phone calls
  • Track and process all Partners expense and time reporting
  • Organize internal meetings and set-conference rooms/calls as needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned or required

Requirements of the Executive Assistant

  • Bachelor s degree preferred
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in administrative support
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills; strong scheduling skills
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work productively both independently and as a part of a team
