Roles and Responsibilities For its catering activities, Newtree is looking for an experienced captain server dedicated to first class catering services in a high-end corporate environment. He/she must have a passion for food, strong work ethic, excellent organizational and time-management skills. A soft spot for chocolate will be forgiven! Qualifications Deep knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within the field of kitchen and catering operations in hospitality and service industries. Preferably 1+ years of experience in restaurant, hotel, catering or fine dining environment conducting daily dining services operations including ordering, catering, setting work stations and dining rooms, coffee & tea service, managing inventories, etc.Requirements Attention to details and genuine love for high-end customer service. Excellent presentation & communication. Organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Ability to maintain high level of cleanliness. Open-minded, reliable and punctual. Physical abilities required to perform the work (standing, walking, carrying food and equipment, etc.).Our offer We are looking for long term, self-motivated candidates with willingness to work and accommodate to a flexible environment.
