• High school diploma or equivalency required

• One-year experience as a Caregiver, CNA, or CMA preferred, but is not required (note financial assistance is available for Caregivers interested in obtaining a CNA certificate)

• If applying for CNA position, must have a CNA certificate or registration in good standing for the state in the Lighthouse Community is located

• If applying for CMA position, must have a CMA certificate in good standing for the state in the Lighthouse Community is located

• Ability to read, write and comprehend instructions and correspondence communicated in English

• Must be able to prioritize and organize work effectively and efficiently

• Must be flexible and adaptable to a fast-paced environment

• May require weekend and holiday work hours
