This position is for a Full-TimeMaintenance person, who will provide and manage the daily and preventativemaintenance program within the community to include overall inspection, repair,and general maintenance of apartments and other interior/exterior areas.
Qualifications :
*High School Diploma or equivalent
*Minimum of 2 yrshands-on maintenance experience in areas such as plumbing, electrical,carpentry, etc is required.
*Ability to performand/or coordinate emergency building repairs at Holiday-managed communities;includes contacting and contracting subcontractors to complete repairs.
*Excellent Communicationand interpersonal skills.
*Demonstrate experiencein the safe handling and use of tools normally used in construction,maintenance and landscaping; including various power tools.
*Valid drivers' licenseand good driving record, along with proof of auto insurance is required.
*Ability to lift up to 100 pounds.
