Inside Sales Representative
Location: Irving, Texas (just outside of Dallas)
Summary
Located in Dallas and reporting to the Country Manager, USA: the Inside Sales Representative plays a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives for security consulting and managed security services in the United States.
Key Responsibilities
Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
Generate, develop, manage, and close a pipeline of opportunities sufficient to consistently meet and exceed quarterly revenue objectives
Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory
Analyze the territory/markets potential and determine the value to the organization of prospective customers
Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
Arrange product and service demonstrations for existing/potential customers, where appropriate and required, and assist them in selecting those best suited to their needs
Accurately articulate the value propositions of our offerings
Coordinate sales effort for qualified opportunities with account executives for further development and closure
Supply Management with verbal and written reports on customer needs, problems, and interests, as well as competitive activities and potential for new products/services
Keep abreast of information security services, technology applications, market conditions, competitive activities, advertising, and promotional trends via pertinent literature and consultation with marketing and technical service areas
Key Competencies
Proven inside sales experience and track record of achieving revenue targets
Excellent written and presentation skills, including ability to communicate effectively using social media online presentation tools
Ability to consult with customers at a business level, identifying customer needs and translating these into solutions
Ability to manage customer expectations throughout a sales and delivery
Excellent time management and organizational skills, along with the ability to work effectively under pressure
Strong business acumen
Key Performance Indicators

Qualifications
Post-secondary degree in a related discipline and/or related experience
1-2 years technology and/or consulting sales experience
A valid drivers licence
Must be eligible to work in the United States
