Engage People Inc. is seeking a to join its growing team. If you are enthusiastic, positive, and committed to delivering exceptional customer service, then this is the job for you! Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for responding to all types of inbound calls, resolving a variety of customer inquiries, providing email support to customers, and troubleshooting basic computer and Internet usage issues when required. As part of the Inbound Call Centre team, you will play an integral role in driving the customer experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Delivers excellent customer service while responding to inbound call inquiries and providing email support.
  • Determines and resolves customer inquiries. Provides customers with information and/or instructions in an understandable manner.
  • Provides quality service by accurately assessing and responding to customer needs.
  • Completes required documentation such as tracking communication with customers, in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Troubleshoots technical issues experienced by customers. Provides verbal instructions to customers to resolve issues.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Fluent in French and English.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English.
  • Post-secondary diploma. Minimum 2 years customer service experience. Previous call centre experience considered an asset.
  • Tech savvy and knowledge of information technology systems required.
  • Excellent rapport building and active listening skills.
  • Professional and pleasant telephone manner.
  • Strong problem solving skills with the ability to exercise sound judgment.
  • Highly adaptable to changing environments.
  • Working knowledge of PCs and strong keyboarding skills.
  • Ability to work in a team and independently.

This is a full-time position based in Markham, Ontario.
