• Location: 101 and Shea Warner (Scottsdale / 85259)
• Personal Care
• Shift: Monday through Friday 6:00 am to 12:00 pm (noon)
  Care Plan. Female lives in a beautiful home, one of her adult sons lives with her, she needs some assistance getting up in the morning, getting dressed and to the living room area. some assistance with bathing, meal preparation and light house keeping. She can walk with a walker. Sharp mind, knows what she needs and can communicate easily. She would like a christian care giver.

Female

• Location: 101 and Shea Warner (Scottsdale / 85259)
• Personal Care
• Shift: Monday through Friday 6:00 am to 12:00 pm (noon)

• Personal Care
• Shift: Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 11:00 am
• Care plan: Lives with her daughter and her husband. Daughter needs some respite care in the mornings. Mid/late stage Parkinson's. Needs assistance in transfers, toileting and bed bath. some meal prep and light housekeeping.

Female

• Location: I10 and Elliot (Phoenix / 85044)
• Companion Care
• Shift: Monday through Friday 9:00 am to 11:00 am (Flexible)
• Care plan: Two females, one has early stage dementia the other Macular Degeneration. They are still very independent. Need some help in driving, meal prep and light house keeping

Male

• Location: Leisure World, (Mesa / 85206)
• Personal Care
• Shift: 7/24/7, could be either 24 hr shifts or 12 hour shifts
• Care plan: Lives in a nice home, can ambulate, needs partial assist toilet/shower. Meal prep light housekeeping.

Female

• Location: I10 and Elliot (Phoenix / 85044)
• Companion Care
• Shift: 7/24/7, could be either 24 hr shifts or 12 hour shifts
• Care plan: Lives in a nice home, can ambulate, needs partial assist shower. Meal prep light housekeeping.
