We are seeking a Customer Support Associate to become a Chirotouch software support expert for our valued clients. This includes handling inbound and outbound client calls, resolving issues, supporting and advocating on behalf of clients, acting as a liaison between client base and product development, and participating in other general customer support duties and responsibilities. Duties & Responsibilities: The job duties of this position require appropriate time-management and performance of the following duties: Assist, support, and provide knowledgeable solutions to our valued customers while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor. Answer LIVE phone calls and return calls and e-mails in a timely manner while carefully tracking and ticketing each instance of client interaction. Manage multiple inbound and outbound phone communications. This position requires strong verbal communication skills. 85-90% of candidate's time will be spent on the phone assisting customers and answering LIVE calls. Must maintain a thorough understanding of the features of the ChiroTouch software, including new developments Support new and existing users through remote connection, and through www.mychirotouch.com Collaborate with trainers and support staff to provide solutions to individual client challenges Provide input and feedback to development for the purpose of driving development direction, and internal testing of new features and products. Experience/ Skills: 2+ years of customer/phone support involving software and/or technology Strong computer skills and ability to learn software quickly and with ease Great interpersonal skills and an upbeat friendly personality Excellent phone presence and communication skills Calm under pressure and fun to be around The Company: Integrated Practice Solutions is doing business as ChiroTouch.
