Our Service Manager must manage the day-to-day operations including: * Maintaining the Profitability of the Department While Controlling Expenses * Understand & keeping abreast of ALL federal, state & local regulations that affect Koenig Subaru * A Koenig Subaru team member recruiter * Communicating with our customers * Continued improvement of the Subaru Owner Loyalty Program * Building client relationships * Managing the technical and service sales teams * Ensuring that ALL team members adhere to The Koenig Subaru customer first philosophy.
