Collections Agent - Full-time / Part-time

Subprime Auto Finance Company is seeking an energetic professional to join our collections team. Our growing company has a friendly office environment and is a perfect place to start a career. What we are looking for: * Collections experience is preferred but not required- We will train the right candidate * Experience working in a fast paced environment * Dependable, hardworking, and energetic team player * Excellent customer service and communication skills * Must be able to pass background check and drug screening * Bilingual is a plus, but not required Responsibilities: * Retaining customers while encouraging them to stay current with their accounts * Ability to meet daily, weekly and monthly goals * Must be compliant to company policies and flexible to change * Manage high volume of outbound and inbound calls What we offer: * Hourly compensation with a weekly bonus * 401(k) with company match * Vacation and personal days * Full insurance package * Family friendly 5 day work week- Saturdays are required- Closed Sundays
