Weare currently seeking a Customer Service Representative or as we call them, Fruit Experts, to work at the Hermitage location. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: * Provide excellent customer service by responding to inbound calls and walk-in customers * Attend to customer service issues * Ring accurate register transactions * Actively upsell * Craft Arrangements and Chocolate Dipping * Ensure a clean location is provided * Adhere to all Edible Arrangements policies and procedures A great fit for our Edible Arrangements team would be someone who is: Detail oriented, responsible, honest, supportive, patient, a self-starter and a quick learner.
