We are currently seeking a Resident Care Specialist. The Resident Care Specialist assists and provides personal centered individualized care to older adults. They respond promptly to resident needs and treats all residents, families and co-workers with dignity and respect.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED

Completion of DHS Direct Care Test

Working Conditions:

Walking, standing, bending and frequently lifting, pushing and pulling up to 50 pounds.

May involve exposure to blood/ body fluids and infections / environmental hazards

Stands or walks up to 80% of working day
