We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative or as we call them, Fruit Experts, to work in our Elmhurst location at 206 North York Street, and our Oak Park location at 327 South Boulevard (starting at 15-20 hours per week) Must be at least 18 years of age. We are looking for a long term, outgoing employee with a sense of humor whom has motivation to grow with the company. Restaurant/Hotel Experience is required. (food certification is a plus) Responsibilities include: Answering Phones Making Arrangements (training provided) Handling Cash Dipping Chocolate Dealing with customer satisfaction issues & actively upselling You should be: Detail oriented, a quick learner Able to talk on the phone while typing and navigating through computer screens Ability to work alone or in a group setting Responsible, honest, possess a high level of communication Excited about our product, Articulate, have a good grasp on grammar and spelling Self Starter Manage your time/prioritize Be able to multi-task If hired, you will be required to work Holidays (Mothers Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, Easter, Valentines Day, Ect). You MUST be able to work all Holidays, not just a couple. The current available shifts include: * 8am - 1pm Monday through Friday * 1pm - 7pm Monday through Friday * 8am - 5pm Saturday and 10am - 3pm Sunday You must be able to work all or most of these shift since your schedule will vary each week. Your schedule will include weekends. These shifts are for our Elmhurst and Oak Park locations. The perfect candidate will be flexible and open to work in both locations if necessary. Training rate is $9.00/ hour, then will increase to $10.00/ hour. This position also pays commission on certain sales expectations.
