The ideal candidate will be a team player who possesses the skills to turn 100 plus hours per week with a passion for quality. A minimum of ten years experience with a proven track record is required. Benefits: * HUGE OPPORTUNITY to be promoted from within * Medical, Dental, Life, Disability and Cancer Plan * 401k * Paid Vacation * Flexible Spending Plan * Family-oriented and genuinely friendly work environment management is always available to talk with you. * Everything at Beaver Toyota is state-of-the-art Job Responsibilities: * Carefully examine vehicles upon 100% disassembly * Effectively communicate with blueprinter in order to achieve estimate accuracy * Assist with sorting/ organizing parts for storage purposes * Maintain clean work area * Repair vehicles per industry/ company standards * Conserve materials in order to achieve minimum monthly gross profit on allied product * Submit quality repairs to paint dept. * Prioritize defective repairs at all times * Assist in repair negotiations with insurance companies as needed * Effectively communicate with paint dept. regarding daily production goals Job Requirements: * Minimum ten years experience with verifiable references * Ability to thrive in a strong team environment * Valid Driver s License required * Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen Skills: * Strong organizational and communication skills * Minimum I-car Gold status (Platinum preferred )
