The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. * Knowledge of vehicle maintenance * Knowledge of safety rules and regulations required to prevent injury to team members and other staff in work area * Good verbal communication skills * Ability to anticipate mechanical issues * Knowledge of diagnostic tools * Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals * Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in writing, oral or diagram form * Ability and willingness to continue professional development through training programs as offered * Good interpersonal skills, ability to work well with a wide range of individuals * Ability to maintain a valid driver's license and maintain a clean driving record * Qualifications: * Minimum 2 year degree in Automotive Technology and/or 1 year of professional automotive repair experience * Willing to complete manufacturer training * Work under the supervision of a lead technician for hands-on training
