Beaming Dishwasher Expectations:

To exemplify Beaming's philosophy, share it with the guests and inspire teammates.

Ensure excellent and professional customer service.

Maintain an upbeat, welcoming, well- stocked and clean store

Maintain clean and functioning dish station throughout duration of shift

Ensure that blenders/lids are readily available to smoothie masters at all times, and keep constant flow of all other dishes

Empty all trash cans on a regular basis

Assist with intake of orders:

o Produce (date all items, put frozen fruit in cambros)

o Retail/ bulk items from different vendors (put product away in correct place, label and date)

o Beaming items from kitchen (help Lead/manager by rotating product, fill reach in/grab and go with needed items)

Support a clean and organized back kitchenarea

Rotate items from walkin into reach-in fridge

o Help keep Reach in as full as possible, with as much variety of product as possible.

Prep backups of produce (peel oranges, prep herbs, chop strawberries, etc) and Bottle Liquids (almond milk, coconut water, lisas lean and green)

Set up and break down the hot soup station

Closing:

o Sweep and mop all floors at close (including bathroom and front wooden floor)

o Take out all trash/recycling

oEnsure dish station is empty and clear of all dishes
