PRIMARY FUNCTION: This role often acts as the first point of contact forERC Insight for the general public and contractors.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Coordinates day today facilities/housekeeping needs including moves and changes for eachlocation.

  • Acts as primarycontact for staff at each location for housekeeping/facilities needs.

  • Conducts weeklyfacility walk-through

  • Schedules andworks directly with vendors/contractors for warranty and new maintenance.

  • Overseescompliance and documentation of audits.

  • Interfaces ascontact with housekeeping and subcontractors.

  • Responsible forordering and purchasing as related to facilities and housekeeping.

  • Distributes andoversees badges and keys for each facility.

  • Schedules andoversees installations of supplies.

  • Maintains follow upsystem for facilities requests to ensure timely and effective response via email

  • Periodically meetswith vendors, contractors and housekeepers to ensure effective communicationand needs.

QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCEDESIRED:

Bachelor degreepreferred

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:

Driver license is required with safe driving record.


PHYSICALDEMANDS:

Ability to frequently lift 50 pounds.
