Cook - Full-time / Part-time

The Cook is responsible for a variety of foods including modified diets and other special dietary needs. Retirement and/or healthcare experience a plus. Cooking breakfast, lunch and/or dinner experience required. Must be able to follow recipes. Must be experienced in using kitchen equipment including mixers, slicers, fryers and other cooking equipment. Responsible for ensuring residents have the highest quality of preparation, presentation and taste. Must have excellent sanitation practices and the highest level of proper food handling standards. Requirements: Current Washington State Food Handler's Card. Experience in retirement or healthcare preferred. 1-3 years of prior Cook experience. Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, soups and ability to follow recipes a must. Team player, great attitude, friendly and ability to follow direction. We have openings for: Full Time or Part Time positions available shifts Friday - Sunday 10:00 am - 6:30 pm and Wednesday -Thursday 6:00 am to 2:30 pm. Compensation: $16+ DOE with excellent benefits!
