- MUST WORK WELL WITH BUTTER CREAM/PASTRY PRIDE FROSTING (This means a SMOOTH Finish in under 5 Minutes)
- Can do 3D Cakes with Butter Cream/Pastry Pride
- Possess excellent piping skills
- Can effectively decorate and implement Deco Pacs
- Create roses and other flowers with both Butter Cream and Icing
- Can work with Chocolate Molds, Chocolate Bottle Drips on Cakes (example above in photos on mintchip ice cream cake)
- Have Creative Artistic Ability
- Highly Efficient in Speed, Accuracy, and Quality (SMOOTH AND CLEAN Frosting must be completed in 3-5 minutes or and basic designs must be completed within 5-8minutes) (this is a MUST and we will NOT TRAIN YOU)
