Manufacturing Specialist - Full-time / Part-time

Job DescriptionManufacturing SpecialistDallas, TXGeneral Summary/Position OverviewPosition requires self-motivation to develop new skills, and to utilize current skills in the manufacturing of construction products in the Stucco and Masonry industry. Must possess a self-starter attitude and use excellent problem solving skills to derive solutions to daily tasks and adhere to office practices/procedures. Strong organizational, time-management, analytical, and multi-tasking skills required. This job involves alot of heavy lifting(Over 60 lbs)/ manual labor. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Oversee plant day to day activities.Manufacturing and sales of construction products.Inventory Management.Route DeliveriesManage assigned projects and deadlinesPerform other duties as outlined by Project Manager.Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and computer-generated reports.Heavy lifting and some outdoor/warehouse work required.Knowledge Skills and Abilities:A background in construction VERY helpful.Experience with CAD programs a plus.Proficient with Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office programs.Strong verbal and written communication skillsExcellent problem solving and time management skillsSelf-motivated and highly organizedStrong ability to problem solveSome Sales/ Estimating experienceMinimum Experience Required:2 to 5 years Fabricating/ Technician/ Manufacturing background required.
