Line Cook

Bamboo Sushi NW is looking for a Line Cook! The right fit for this position will be someone with \"fast hands\", is mentally organized and is willing to learn, as we are willing to teach the right fit our culinary style. Most importantly we need someone that is a great team player and can bring a positive attitude to work every day. We run a two person line with the chef present to provide support. Creativity is encouraged from our cooks and we give them room to experiment with our high-quality ingredients. This is a 5 day a week position, running from 3pm until close.
