Used Car Reconditioning Technician

Ken Harvey's Dublin Mazda is looking for an experienced USED CAR RECONDITIONING TECHNICIAN to join our team. Big earning potential WE OFFER: * Medical and Dental Insurance 100% paid for by dealership for employee * Paid Vacation * Great opportunity for career growth * Great work environment * Promote from within * WILL PAY SIGNING BONUS FOR THE RIGHT PERSON * We are a family owned store, part of a successful dealer group. * Our service business is growing at a rapid pace! * Franchise dealership experience preferred, but not required. * 401k eligibility after 6 months * Must have an excellent DMV driving record. * We are a drug free workplace Responsibilities: * Perform safety inspections on trade ins and vehicle purchased at auctions * Perform necessary repairs to insure the vehicle is safe and road worthy. * Maintain an organized and neat shop area. * Road-test vehicle to ensure quality repair work was completed. * Comply with all company safety policies and procedures. * Continuously learn new technical information and techniques in formal training sessions in order to stay abreast with rapidly changing automotive technology. * Other duties as assigned by management Qualifications: * Two or more years of previous experience as an automotive technician. * Must be familiar with a variety of makes and models both foreign and domestic. * Automotive technical or trade school degree. * High school diploma or equivalent. * Valid driver license in the state that you will work and a good driving record.
