The DoubleTree by Hilton Billings, managed by The Hotel Group (THG ) is looking for a courteous, customer service driven, happy, energetic, ambitious, inspired, ego-free, and open for business type Executive Chef to join our growing hospitality team! Summary: To provide the highest quality foods appropriate to the market by ensuring that all areas of kitchen operation and supervision of staff meet Hotel standards of quality. Interview, supervise, and participate in activities of cooks and other personnel involved in preparing, cooking and presenting food in accordance with productivity standards, cost controls and forecast needs. Moves throughout property and supervises on a daily basis the operation of all food outlets as well as the quality of food. Directs employees on the he details of their work activities. Monitor employee performance and provided guidance, training, and counseling. Listen actively and communicate clearly while interacting with customers to promote food products and directing staff activities. Ensures the highest quality of product within cost constraints by supervising and participating in the preparation of food. Adheres to the hotel s standards of food quality, preparation, recipes, and preparation. Supervises the proper setting up of each item on menus and insures their readiness. All other duties as assigned by F&B Manager/ Supervisors, and Hotel Management. Full job description available upon request.

Qualifications: You must meet minimum age requirements to apply. 2 years of prior Executive management experience mandatory. Prior hotel Food & Beverage experience preferred. Ability to use computer software including, but not limited to Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet Explorer.
