What We Offer * Industry leading compensation * Opportunity for career advancement * Competitive and motivating environment * Immediate impact quick on boarding process * Advanced training program geared to success * Continued education * Medical Insurance * 401(k) * Paid Time Off (PTO) * Wellness Program * Employee Discounts * Direct Deposit Responsibilities * Professionally greet customers in the service drive and follow the walk around process in order to determine the service and/or repairs potentially recommended for their vehicle. * Scheduling appointments, and maintaining an organized schedule * Demonstrate the knowledge of the services offered and the vehicles serviced in order to communicate effectively * Monitor the progress of the vehicle throughout the day; keeping the customer informed of the completion times and service expenses. * Communicates effectively with customers and prospects by phone, email and in person in order to assist them in approving the recommended services and repairs * Continually trains to improve skills and follows processes as outlined by management in order to help customers with their vehicle service needs * Follows up with the customers to increase retention and schedule repairs for previously declined service Qualifications * Quality Customer Service Skills * Must be able to multi-task and complete tasks in a timely manner * Outgoing, friendly and professional
