Job DescriptionMain Functions:
  • Face-to-face auto sales, customer service, and building customer relationships.
  • Attain regularly assigned retail vehicle sales objectives.
  • Develop and attain market penetration/registration performance objectives.
  • Develop and attain customer satisfaction performance objectives.
  • Provide sales promotion support for Don Carro.
  • Complete regular administrative responsibilities including: sales and contacts.
  • The position requires flexibility as other responsibilities can be assigned on a daily basis.Skills/Qualifications:
    • Experience preferred but not required
    • Ability to interact with others in a professional, tactful and sensitive manner
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem solving skills with the ability to persuade and influence others
